Online Bingo Players Win Big over Easter

April 21 - Tiki Bingo reports a monster Easter weekend. The online bingo hall saw five of their bingo players ending up with huge jackpot wins, which added up to $10,000. The action took place in their now famous bingo hall, the Cabaña Café.

'nick22225', who won a whopping $3230 was quite surprised when he hit the big one. "I was stunned when I won. That sort of thing never happens to me, so I was quite dumbfounded." he said.

Tiki Bingo and the Bingoland Network had a huge $25,000 must-be-won Easter weekend. There were two 'Golden Egg Games' with a $5000 must go prize each. In addition there were 15 'Eggciting Games' with $1000 must-go prizes along with many great bingo specials.

One of the cool features about Tiki Bingo is that players can pre-buy their bingo cards for specific games. So even if a player is unable to 'make the game' because of other obligations, their cards will still be played with the chance to win.

Tiki Bingo players were encouraged to pre-buy cards during the busy Easter weekend, especially for the big jackpot games. When asked about pre-buying cards, Tiki Bingo's spokesperson said, ?We want our players to win ? and we want them to win big! So giving them the option to pre-buy and automatically play cards is perfect ? especially for a big weekend like Easter. The opportunity to take home your share of $25,000 is one that no one wants to miss!?
Other big jackpot winners at Tiki Bingo this weekend were icgold who won $2011, eaglesfan5 and whome59 with $2000 wins and commanderp who won $1000.

With such large jackpots being given away so often, online bingo players have a good shot to hit the big one at Tiki Bingo.

Tiki Bingo's big $3230 jackpot winner nick22225 said it best, "If I can do it so can you!"
Tiki Bingo is a member of an independent off shore operation which is part of the land based Christchurch Casino Group, who also owns Kiwi Casino and Fast Win Casino. This relationship brings with it over a decade of experience in the land based gaming industry and Kiwi Gaming's five years online make it one of the industry's pioneers. As part of New Zealand's most prestigious casino organization, Christchurch Casino Group 's land-based gaming and hospitality interests attract visitors from around the world including the United Kingdom, North America, Australia, Europe, Japan and Asia.

BingoTek Announces First UK Bingo License

BingoTek (www.bingotek.com) has consolidated its position as the leading provider of online bingo after securing its first licensing deal in the UK with RAL Interactive Limited, operators of Cyberslotz Bingo (www.cyberslotz.co.uk).

The UK bingo game utilises advanced technology to provide a game specifically designed to replicate the atmosphere of the traditional bingo club experience. Realistic graphics and UK-specific chat sounds give the game an authentic UK bingo hall quality. UK bingo uses 90 numbers and has rules uniquely different to the 75 number US version where cards are sold as ‘tickets’ and ‘books’ are sold to a series of games known as a ‘session’.

Brian Morgan, Managing Director of RAL Interactive, said: “We are constantly looking at new gaming options to offer our loyal customers and the addition of bingo complements our existing portfolio of games perfectly. BingoTek was the natural choice of partner to team up with, given their track record of success, enthusiasm for product innovation and flexibility in customising their system to suit our requirements.”

One of the BingoTek founders and chief consultants Graeme Levin, former founder and operator of the successful gaming portal Gambling.com commented: ”We are very excited about this new deal and are confident players will have a most enjoyable experience more in line with what they would experience in a real UK bingo hall.”

BingoTek’s first licensee, Bingodrome, has proved extremely successful. The popular site has consolidated its position as the best bingo game online by picking up one of the online bingo industry’s most prestigious awards, the ‘Best Bingo Overall’ award from BingoAwards.com for January and February 2006.

“We are delighted at this superb recognition because it is online gamers who have made the voting decision – not industry insiders. We are confident that the bingo site operated by Cyberslotz will be every bit as popular”, Graeme said.

Hardway Bingo: Bingo in a straight line without using the free space.

Double Hardway: Bingo in two straight lines on the same card without using the free space.

Family Reunites through Online Bingo

Bingo is a favorite past-time for many people. Families and friends all enjoy gathering in the local bingo hall or jumping online to engage in a game of bingo. Recently, as a result of online bingo chatting, an exciting reunion occurred between two long-lost sisters-in-law.

Jenny Rochester, formerly of Wales, and Paula Court, who still lives there, lost touch with each other about six years ago after Paula divorced Jenny's older brother, Mike. During her marriage to Mike, Paula became fast friends with Jenny, and used to go play bingo with her in the local bingo hall. Upon her divorce, however, Paula lost Jenny's contact information in New Zealand, where she and her husband, Kevin, had moved in the interim. Six years later, while playing online bingo, Paula took notice of a player called “jenroc” (Jenny's online bingo screen name) who had just won a game, and sent a congratulatory message.

The chat evolved into an e-mail swap, and, in continued conversation, the two sisters-in-law eventually recognized each other. In touch again after six long years apart, both Paula and Jenny are thankful that bingo was able to bridge a distance gap of over 10,000 miles and bring them back together online.

Bingo.com Announces Q-4 and Year-end Figures

One of the world's leading online bingo sites, Bingo.com, has released its year-end results. The main figures indicate strong growth for the online bingo company, with a 71% increase in revenue to almost $2 million for the whole of 2005. This translated into a net profit of $120,790 for Bingo.com. Revenue from the fourth quarter alone accounted for about one-third of the total 2005 revenue, with the company taking in a little over $650,000 during that period. Tarrnie Williams, CEO of Bingo.com, hailed the company's growth, saying that "2005 was a landmark year ... our online gaming strategy was successfully implemented and has recorded strong growth since its initial launch. With our reduced reliance on advertising revenue, Bingo.com is now in a position to increase its marketing efforts and drive significant traffic into the cash games. We expect 2006 to be a record year for online bingo and Bingo.com."

Bingo Online - How fast can you Play?

Bingo Online has come a long way over the past few years. It’s partly a natural changing of the technology, but is also at least partly due to the fact that people are really drawn to Bingo and love to play Bingo Online.

If you think Bingo Online can’t possibly match the fun of a real Bingo hall or other situation in which you’re physically present, you may very well be right. The one thing Bingo Online can’t duplicate is the camaraderie and competitive spirit that happens when you have other Bingo players sitting around you. But the virtual version of Bingo is still pretty good.

One of the great things about Bingo Online is that you can choose your caller. Do you just hate that guy with the nasally voice who seems to drone out the numbers at your local Bingo hall? Choose a caller for your Bingo Online session who has a light, cheerful voice.

Or maybe you love the fast paced action of Speed Bingo? You’ll find that some Bingo Online sources offer Speed Bingo, complete with the option of choosing just how fast the game goes. If you’re playing only one or two cards and want the game to progress quickly, speed up the caller. After all, this caller is working only for you. There’s no one else to consider and you don’t have to take anyone else’s wishes into account. By the same token, you can slow the action down to give yourself (or the little ones in your family who are playing with you) the chance to thoroughly examine the cards.

Bingo Online is a great way to spend some time alone, relaxing and simply enjoying yourself. But it’s also a game that can involve the entire family. Choose a Bingo Online source that continues to call numbers until you note that it’s time to stop, hand out the Bingo cards to the entire family and get the caller started.
